Dear Congressman Lieu,

I am writing to inform you of the unprecedented deployment of advanced space based artificial intelligence mediated remote neural monitoring thought surveillance and assaults with electromagnetic frequency weapons on United States citizen’s central nervous systems. This technology is being deployed in operations that slander, track, stalk, harass, torment and commit crimes against citizen targets.  I have been informed that a part of the Department of Defense in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security and a private contractor are the culprits. Civilians are recruited into these operations and they are given access to satellite thought surveillance and tracking of a target. I am the victim of a fraudulent operation using a fallacious pedophile label that was disseminated to members of my community which instigated the destruction of my small family business, drained all of my wealth, forced me to flee my hometown and has inflicted tremendous suffering from citizen stalking and satellite delivered electromagnetic radiation weapon torment of my nervous system that has been ongoing for the last two and a half years.

This operation began in October of 2013 after I was apparently selected as a target from dragnet internet traffic surveillance of websites with legal sexual content and nude images. The Department of Defense then recruited members of my local community, my business supplier, companies I had contracted vendor space with and even my own employees access to monitor my thoughts and location on a 24/7 basis under the false premise that I was a pedophile. My business was located in a religious conservative community and these men decided to stalk, harass and terrorize me out of business with the approval of the Department of Defense. It took them 5 ½ months of almost daily harassment with my private information as well as intimidation, attempts to extort money and increasing threats before I was finally so terrorized that I gave-in to their demands.  Once I exhausted my financial resources the military began severe electromagnetic radiation weapon torment that I cannot afford to escape.

This operation has completely destroyed my faith in this country as well as the rule of law. The technologies involved are very dark, undetectable and their existence must be disclosed to the public so that they can either be regulated or destroyed. It is the duty of the military to defend the Constitution not destroy it, it is the duty of the Congress to hold the Department of Defense accountable and protect the American people from these heinous weapons and fraudulent criminal operations.

I urge you to please bring this to the attention of the United States Congress so that the human rights violations that citizens are currently enduring are brought to light and ended and the United States remains the land of the free and the beacon of hope for humankind.
